Seeded Screened Topsoil - Grow a Lawn!

We offer a SEEDED topsoil option for those wanting to build up their lawn without sod. We recommend a 1” minimum, 2” spread is ideal. Keep the soil watered and moist for 4 weeks and you’ll get the results you see in these photos! Our perennial grass seed is a hardy fescue blend, and has worked well for us in the Western Montana.
